CSInsured provides insurance agency services, acting as an intermediary between customers and insurance carriers. Our Services include providing comparative quotes from multiple insurance carriers for various types of insurance, including auto, home, health, life, Medicare, and travel insurance. We help you complete insurance applications and submit them to appropriate carriers. We assist with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. We provide guidance throughout the claims process, though final claim decisions rest with the insurance carrier. We offer ongoing support to answer questions and address concerns about your insurance coverage. We are an independent insurance agency and do not underwrite insurance policies. All policies are issued by licensed insurance carriers, and coverage terms are determined by the carrier's policy documents, not by these Terms.

As a user of our Services, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information when applying for insurance. Material misrepresentations may result in policy denial or cancellation by the carrier. You must be at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Premium amounts will be clearly disclosed before you purchase a policy. We receive commissions from insurance carriers when you purchase a policy through our agency. This commission is included in your premium and does not result in additional charges to you. Premium payments are due according to the terms specified by the insurance carrier. Payment methods include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods approved by the carrier. Failure to pay premiums on time may result in policy lapse or cancellation by the carrier. We will provide notices as required by law, but you are ultimately responsible for timely payment. Refund eligibility is determined by the insurance carrier's policy terms. Generally, unused premium may be refunded if a policy is cancelled before the expiration date.

Both you and CSInsured have the right to terminate the service relationship under certain conditions. You may request cancellation of your insurance policy at any time. Cancellation terms, including notice periods and refund eligibility, are determined by the insurance carrier's policy terms. You may close your account with us at any time by contacting our customer service. This does not automatically cancel your insurance policies. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate business reason. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, warranties, and dispute resolution survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSInsured's liability is limited as follows. We provide Services on an as is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for insurance carrier decisions, policy terms, claim denials, or carrier insolvency. All coverage questions are governed by the policy issued by the carrier. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of commission we received from your policy purchase. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services, before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
